Scott: You played with Kobe Bryant in the Lakers, and after playing with many teams, you returned to the Lakers to work with James. What do you think is the difference between the two?

Ariza: Their work attitudes are very crazy, but Kobe’s approach obviously attracts more media attention. Kobe would try to "kill" you on the court, while LeBron was more friendly. Kobe was the kind of guy who would hit you hard on the court and then go home and have dinner with his family.
