According to German Sky Sports reporter Florian Plettenberg, Urreich and Bayern have reached an oral agreement until 2026.

Florian Plettenberg wrote on social media: "As expected, Bayern and Urreich reached an oral agreement on a new contract valid until 2026, waiting for official signing."

"Froind strongly promoted Urreich to renew his contract, and Bayern still valued his player's ability, experience and loyalty.
