According to reporter César Luis Merlo, Matthias Almeida will serve as the head coach of Sevilla and sign until 2028.

César Luis Merlo revealed that Almeida has reached an oral agreement with Sevilla on coaching and is currently exchanging documents. If everything goes well, he will sign a contract until June 2028.

Almeida is a 51-year-old Argentine coach who has coached clubs such as River Plate, Banfield, and Athens AEK.
