According to reporter Tom Bogert, Miami International is negotiating Blue Cross defender Piowei.

The reporter wrote: "Source revealed that Miami International is negotiating with Blue Cross to introduce defender Piowei."

"The deal is facing difficulties due to salary cap restrictions, and the asking price of $7 million is almost certainly exceeding the limit, but Miami is working hard to find a solution."
