Lewandow: After careful consideration, given the current situation and the lack of trust in the Polish national team, I decided to withdraw from the Polish national team during his tenure as head coach. I hope to have a chance to play for the best fans in the world in the future.

Lewandowski was not included in the list of this Polish World Cup qualifiers. He previously said that he was in a state of exhaustion and needed a rest.
