According to ESPN famous reporter Shams Charania, sources told ESPN that 2011 NBA champion JJ Barrea agreed to join the Denver Nuggets as an assistant coach for David Adelman, and Barrea will sit in the front row of the Nuggets coach's seat.

JJ Barrea won the NBA championship with the Mavericks in 2011. He worked briefly with David Adelman's father Rick Adelman while playing for the Timberwolves.
